【Profile】

Sousen ​Nakai ​has ​studied ​Sencha-service ​under ​Tsuusen-An ​Koukou; ​the ​Grand
master ​of ​Obaku-Baisa ​Ryu ​in ​Kouchi-ji(temple), ​Osaka.

In ​2009, ​he ​received ​master's ​license ​(Shihan) ​and ​started ​his ​career ​to
popularize ​'Sencha-do' ​in ​Tokyo.

For more effective promotion, he ​established the Obaku-Baisa Ryu Tokyo office.
Now his ​Sencha ​classes deploy throughout ​Japan (Tokyo, Shiga and Niigata). More than 50 students come to learn his elegant performance.

He ​is ​one ​of ​the ​most ​cheerful ​and ​energetic ​successor ​to ​inherit ​the great
Sencha ​tradition ​and ​Zen ​spirit.
